In 1955 Frank Lloyd Wright teamed with the Heritage-Henredon furniture partnership to create a furniture collection originally intended for the American mass market post World War II. This group was the "Taliesin" collection and was ahead of its time. Heritage-Henredon terminated the production after several years and 60 years later, these pieces are still remarkably sound, interesting and well conceived. All of the Henredon pieces are signed with his red signature stamp and sometimes signed again with an engraved signature.
The top two drawers are small pencil / eyeglass drawers and there are two larger size drawers below.
